Like the title states. Wasn’t here the last time I cleaned this can. It is an ACC Tirant45 the old style single piece body.

I was told by AAC this can handle 300blk subs and supers from a 16” barrel and that’s all that’s been shot through it since its last cleaning

That looks like improper cleaning. Erosion looks like pepper has been sprinkled on the face of the baffle closest to the muzzle of the gun, usually worse around the aperture. Edge wear is not what I've ever seen in baffle wear. Those baffles look like they are out of a tirant 9/45 but are the wrong color. Mine are aluminum color.

These baffles look like the ones in my TiRant 45 color wise. Did you have everything correctly tightened down? I had the base come loose on mine when cleaning it one time (single piece body also). It was a PITA to get back tightened down.

I Tumble with stainless steel pins.

The 45 comes with 2 different color red baffles. Silver and black. These are the only two that look this way all other baffles are fine. Ive got an email sent to AAC with photos, but they’re at shot show until tomorrow.

I once had the back cage come loose. I got pissed called ACC and they told me to put a dab of blue loctite on the cage, what the rear end cap screws on to.

Do you have the right blast baffle in the first position?

Yes, the steel baffle was in the correct spot. I look at the manuals everytime I clean my suppressors to make sure I put them back together right. I get paranoid Everytime putting each different one together so I always pull up the diagram online from manufacturer website.
