Is this bear?

I was out of town for the weekend, have no close neighbors and a heavily wooded lot with woods 100 foot from my house. I found these scratches in the ground 50 foot from my front door. We have seen smaller black bear within 2 miles of my house. Bear markings?

I believe the North American Sasquatch has scrapings similar to that of the Central American Chupacabra.
