No, these are not crimped primers/pockets.

I run a Thumlers tumbler model B high speed. I wet tumble using stainless steel pins. I use 1/4 TSP of Lemi-Shine plus 1 ounce auto wash and wax (Armor All) per batch. This tumble time was 2 1/2 hours.

make sure you are using the right size primers .
never used any thing but wet tumbler for brass never heard this kind of problem

The brasses in the photo are all commercial brands with no pocket crimps. All brasses are large pistol primer pockets. I cull out any small pistol primer pocket brasses in 45 acp and don't use them. These are mostly range pick ups.


Just my preference.......
