You mess with zone damper systems? I had one in my home and the dampers are all still in the lines but the board and wiring was removed because the hack that got the system running didn't know enough to do anything other than manually open all the dampers and remove the board and run both floors off the upstairs thermostat. It works ok this way but the downstairs is cold all summer long for no need.

Been em meaning to get someone to look at it one of these days

Lol, nice response! One day I'm going to get tired enough of having to monkey with that vacuum sensor on my furnace fan 3-4 times a winter and have you replace it!

Your vacuum sensor may be an easy fix.

After calling three different people and testing them with the bull**** meter I called dave. Best price, honest, REALLY knows his stuff. Was willing to try to find a workaround if at all possible. Showed up right away even though it was his umpteenth job of the day...carries a sweet 1911 to boot. Won't use anyone else ever again! Put in a great New Ac unit and coil, and stood his ground like a boss when my German shepherd charged him... (Sorry Dave!) lots of integrity, former military and a nice guy too.
