I HAVE A RUGER NEW SUPER BLACKHAWK AND NEEDED A FRONT SIGHT,REAR SIGHT AN GRIPS. I CALLED RUGER 336949-5200 AND SPOKE TO A LADY NOT THE MAN AND THEY TOOK THE GUN SERIAL# AND SENT ME EVERYTHING FREE. I TOLD HER I WAS TIGHTING THE GRIPS AND THET CRACKED. THE MAN WOULD DO NOTHING SO I HUNG UP,WAITED A COUPLE DAYS,TALKED TO THE WOMEN AND SHE SENT IT.
