Well, the 'new' Marlin company hasn't released them yet, but they're claiming "Early 2024" so y'all might get lucky in a few weeks time.

I can't remember if Marlin were selling them chambered in 30-30 before Remington went bust, but I can't see any of them used anywhere out in public.

Best bet would be to sign up at https://www.marlinfirearms.com/s/leverAction-DarkSeries/ and wait for a release notification.

I have seen that they would be out near the end of the 1st quarter. The Ruger Marlin ones that is. I was asking the OP if he had seen the price of the OG's on GunBroker or any other place that may have them.

None on GB, only the 1895s which are 45-70.
