Item Description: ABSOLUTELY FREE slide in camper. Located in South OCONEE County about equal distance between HWY 15 and HWY 441. Easy access to pick up. Approx. 15 miles due south of Athens, about 7 miles due South of Watkinsville.
I believe it is a Coachmen of uncertain vintage. I will post pictures tomorrow, but I want to get you thinking about this now, because time is short.
It has a major roof leak and the supports under the front overhang are gone. BUT it is still water tight and I'm the only one that uses it, and I sleep on the covert-a-bed over the dining room table. I sleep like a log. The repairs are simple, and a good tarp takes care of the leak.
All of the appliances have NEVER BEEN USED -sink, gas stove, roof A/C, refrig, heater. They are all brand name items-still have the labels on them. We hooked the gas stove up to a tank one time and turned on a burner to see it it worked, and it did, and that was the end of that. No porta-potty, and I'm not sure what tanks it has or doesn't have. None of the hook ups have been used.
Cabinetry is in excellent shape, Windows are in excellent shape, Door is in excellent shape, both outside and screen.
Includes the stands/jacks that hold up the front end.
