Item Description: Smith and Wesson Model No.1. all assembly numbers matching. Rare nickel plate option with Original ivory grips. 100% Fully functional, and in the best shape ive seen one in. I have fired it in the back yard to test as well. This is the first firearm to accept a modern cartidge as we know it (self contained case/powder/bullet as opposed to flint/percussion caps) as well as the first fiream made by Smith and Weson.
