Item Description: 1942 BSA Enfield Serial No. H6169 I don't know a lot about Enfields. However, after some internet research and some WWII forum responses, here is what I have found out. Made in 1942. The barrel bands were made by “Savage” (S126). The sight is from a MK4. However, it is stamped as MK3. Bayonet is marked MKII No. 4. The bayonet is a made by Singer and has a manufacture’s code of N67.
I live in Cartersville. I don't mind meeting someone as far south as Kennesaw/Acworth area or as far north as Calhoun.
