Item Description:
Too many projects so this one needs to go. It is a 1942 Beretta Carcano TS in 6.5. The gun is complete minus the upper handguard and in good condition. Egunparts has the handguard for $17 but I'm just going to let the next owner take care of that. Not a lot of numbers on these but the ones it has match. The exterior retains a lot of it's original bluing but there are some rust freckles. The bore has some pitting (corrosive ammo back in the day) but the lands and grooves are strong and defined. The muzzle crown is good. The action and trigger are smooth. The stock is solid with bumps and bruises you'd expect on a gun this old. There is an import mark on the end of the barrel..."made in Italy." I have never fired it so buyer needs to have it checked by a gunsmith if you are not familiar with these for safety purposes. If you can't legally own a gun please don't both to contact me. I will ship to your FFL or directly to C&R holders. This rifle will be posted on other forums so the first "I'll take it" is the winner.
