Wow. You literally never know what will show up on the ODT. Amazing.
On the old NM barrels weren't stamped, except for the very,very rare Divine barrels. I'd have to look but there was one outfit that made the NM barrels in the mid 70s
Where did you see that? Closest I can was Wilson Arms in the late 70s, but nothing definitive.
