I just called Remington to verify manufacture date and it is actually 1987. I would be interested if it was truly a 1984 model. Just thought I’d let you know!

Just curious how you came up with 87 instead of 84? If it is different ill be glad to update the ad.

I called Remington customer service and gave them the serial # from the picture you posted. I was excited that you listed it was an ‘84, but figured I’d call to verify. They said it was an ‘87. I was bummed for sure.

I was born in 84 and I’d love to have a gun made in my birth year! Nothing at all wrong with it or against it, just would like to have the 84 model
