Item Description: 2004 KTM 450 EXC. 4470miles. Street legal and have title. Just needs the carb tuned to get her idling correctly. I am not good enough with carburetors to get it smoothly running. I have installed a JD Jet kit and it helped a lot but can't seem to get it smoothed out. $3500 OBO.
