Not a Rohm. It's an old FIE import sometimes branded as Arminious . It kinda looks like the 7 round cylinder model. I have one in good shape with the snub length barrel hid out in my linen closet. Mine reads Firearms International Washington DC.
Anyway as long as the cylinder rotates and locks up tight this one should work. The missing front sight is very common on these as well as the FIE Titan Tiger revolvers. Sometimes they can be found on the Numrich site.
