8" Colt Python in RARE STAINLESS finish. These guns are near impossible to find in stainless steel with the 8" barrel. Cleaning out the safe to make some big buys this summer. Scope is included with this sale. No trades, cash only. Gun is located in Dahlonega at my FFL. You can pick up there or I can ship to your FFL if you're too far. I will cover shipping if you cover insurance.

I was under the impression that all Pythons were shipped from Colt with Colt medallion rubber or wood grips?

Not to be disrespectful fellas but "under the impression" and "knowing" are two different things. I own tons of Pythons and am 100% sure that Colt and pachmeyer collaborated for a few years in the 80's for what were stock grips on the stainless pythons. The distinction is that they are stamped with "colt" whereas all other pachs are not. If you have questions just ask. Posting public statements about what you thought to be true is a sideways manner of discrediting a seller's item. I know my Colts and do not misrepresent my items. Any other "impressions" can be sent via pm. Plus, the stock rubber grips cost about $50 and I have around 20 of them in my safe. Not even sure what the big deal is, we're not talking about a $500 set of gen 1 full checkered stocks. If someone is actually gonna buy the gun and not kick tires I'll throw two sets of Colt factory rubber grips in, we good now?
