It is a Firearms International. Funny part is they were based out of DC. But this one is basically the same as an FIE Arminous . 7 shot cylinder. No cylinder latch. Just pull forward on the cylinder pin. I have 2 snubs in 32 Long and I must say I like the caliber. No recoil at all and either of mine hold one more round than if they were 38 Special. My mom has one and the one in the pic is great for anyone with small hands.
