Item Description: 1974 Apache Mesa, good tires.

This unit is basically a tent on wheels. It has a propane cooktop and a window type a/c unit. I have never used either. The axle has been replaced sometime in it's lifetime and the tires are good. Trailers very well. The unit is a hard sided pop up, stays dry, and has withstood 60 MPH winds. Requires 2 people to put the top up, the lifting motor does not function and there is no crank. Great for a hunting lease.

Is this currently in the up or down position ? Does the hard ends get removed when putting it in the down position ?
This isa hard decision. I've never delt with one like this.
