If it hasn't been shot yet, and was a home build, (as parts list suggests) how are you sure it shoots and functions properly?

I never said that I was sure it would run properly, but i have built many of these, with the exact same parts, and never had an issue. I priced it based on the cost i have in it, i am not adding anything in for the labor. So i could take it back apart and sell it all as pieces, but that seemed pretty stupid to me.

that wasn't the intent of my question, I may be interested, but have seen many home builds with premium parts that just wouldn't run properly, have you inserted a loaded mag and cycled rounds via the charging handle and all loaded and ejected properly?
The fact you never said it would function properly sort of scares me from pursuing a deal, you might try the loaded mag function as a minimum.
