Item Description: I have a fully assembled 16" upper receiver for an AR-15. This upper was built in 2014 and has about 500 rounds through it, give or take. Total cost to build it new at the time was $616, but I will sell as a complete upper for $330. I prefer to sell complete, but can break it down into parts if needed. If parts are bought individually they are priced below. Got a new upper so just trying to recoup some of the costs. Please feel free to ask any questions. Thanks for looking!

That is correct. Dust cover and forward assist are installed.
