Item Description: Bought new in April 2016, sits in closet so time for a new home.

Never been dropped or worn during training.

Is it one size fits all

Yes they don’t sell different sizes, the lap band and shoulder connectors are adjustable.

The plate carrier they include in this package is a Condor.

That being said, I’m 5’9, 155# with a 32” waist, and I would say it’s made for a larger frame, as on my it didn’t get very snug around the waist even at smallest setting.
