Yes it is a Good deal. Good luck to seller, but for anyone that has not owned these, note this is the older non folding charging handle. Also it is hilarious that nearly every photo of an apc9 on the internet has the safety off because the detent is way too strong. Hbi sells replacement spring to fix that
