No, but I am requiring a CCW, Military, or LEO ID to ensure this is going to someone who either has a reason to have it or is theoretically a law abiding citizen with no criminal record. Also important, there was originally a pair of SAPI Plates that I was selling with this for an extra charge. They sold separately but I can't change the original thread.

To recap there is no law against owning body armor and there are no SAPI plates included with this sale, level III soft armor only.
