I would just get the B14R with steel barrel. I have one and enjoy it. They are relatively "cheap" at $700. But they are ready to go at that price. Just a bipod and nice optic.

Glad you settled on a rifle A&J sporting out of Oklahoma usually gets the B14R in regularly. The have a straight or fat barrel version as well. I’d also recommend Athlon APRS6 reticle scopes they are awesome. Helos ,Midas Tac and Ares are under $1k also check out Element with APR-2D reticle Helix and Titan are under $1k
