Item Description: Chilean Mauser Model 1895 chambered in 7x57mm. All numbers matching (bolt, stock, frame, and magazine well). Beautiful Chilean crest. The coat of arms on the stock is visible. Rifle was made in 1898 (see date below the coat of arms in the picture). Bore needs cleaning but is in great condition. I have not shot this rifle. I collect mainly to “own” and not necessarily to shoot. That being said, I would not be afraid to shoot this rifle.
I do not want to trade for anything.
Price is firm. Check Gunbroker and you’ll see that the price is well below what similar rifles are selling for. I just don’t want to deal with an auction site. It’s just not worth the effort or time.
I live in Cartersville. I don't mind meeting someone as far south as Kennesaw/Acworth area or as far north as Calhoun.
