Item Description: Chinese T53 carbine (same as Mosin Nagant M44) Good condition. Stock will need to be refinished. Bayonet is permanently attached on these. I wiped off the cosmoline and swabbed out the bore, this would be a great project gun. There is no pitting on the bolt, just needs polished back up to shine. Price is $160 cash/no trades,firm price.

I love my type 53. I rub oil into it often and sometimes for a long duration. My wife thinks I oil it too much but when she uses it it gets all exposed to moisture. I clean it right afterwards to avoid a crusty buildup right behind the tip. My wood is great, not as great as it once was but I guess that comes with age and abuse. Great price GLWS
