Item Description: Twin (brothers from different mothers) Type 53's up for sale. As a lot of us do, I had big plans for these that never materialized. $200 for the pair
Got these from a good guy named Kurt/Krtismo on here about 7 months ago and just couldn't get far enough away from every day life to do anything with them. To my knowledge they are still in the same condition as they came from the importer - very light cosmo, haven't been cleaned or fired since unpack.
Both have their pluses and minuses --> The dark one has a crack at the receiver tang screw going down across the handle of the stock. I would be hesitant to fire this one in this stock. Unless you're an expert or no better than I do, this one will need a different stock altogether. This rifle also has tighter and smoother actions in the bolt and trigger than the lighter one. The light one has some rash on the handguard but that's about it.
Neither have cleaning rods and obviously only the occasional matching numbers on anything but if you're in the market for this gun you already know what you're getting into.
Not at all interested in trades. Will take cash or bitcoin
I have no idea what the market is like for these any more but I'm simply asking to get what I bought them for. $200 for the pair - I'd also prefer to meet up near me obviously too in the Dallas/Crossroads area or in Acworth.
