To answer a question earlier- This is an actual M-16a1, not an AR-15 with a registered conversion you might see for $20-22k. And yes, there are many listed for over $30k - so, not bad!

Real value is the diversity of what you can do with this lower. You can Change the uppers out to other 223/556 set up, 9mm, .22lr, 300blk, 7.62x39 and even belt fed 223/556 or 9mm. Yes, you will have to change out the buffers and springs and make some pins upgrades, and mag modifications or mag well adapters, but it is the ultimate ‘Mr. Potato Head’ of gun opportunities to change things up.

And... there are less and less every year, so the value continues to go up.
