Colt Magnum Carry
Cylinder chambers chamfered, barrel polished..
Ashamed to say I've not shot it. Round count unknown, but I'm confident it is very low.
Front sight blade was mangled by Myron of Aces and Eights (thanks for that), who misunderstood what I asked for and then cut a sloppy notch to be filled unevenly with red epoxy, complete with cant/bubbles, and some tool marks around the blade. Hey I could elaborate, but this is intended to be a gun post, not a rant.
I'd intended one day to send this to Colt or to a local ODT-recommended gunsmith to have the blade replaced, but, because of the bad juju I'll never be in love with it. So up for sale it goes!
Reduced to $950. Gun is beautiful. As you guys know, Colt only made these for one year, and they only made about 6000 (right?) of them.
For sale only, no trades.
Cash is preferred! BUT you can try me on full/partials -- silver, gold, a problem-free 4-cylinder car or truck with ac that gets great mileage (I have something to add to the right deal). Please have reasonable trade values. I'm not after any firearms now, so any pistol, rifle or shotgun you offer up needs to be valued at a price that I can actually sell it for. In less than a week.
If it's a strong trade offer, I'll consider it and get back to you. If not, I'll probably still give you a polite "no thanks."
