It is brand new, only worn once to test fit. I will include 1 level 3 ar500 steel plate. I forget who I bought the plate from, but it has anti Spall coating, and shooters cut, and curve. For an extra 30 bucks I'll include the admin triple mag pouch insert, and a black condor roll up dump pouch. I'll try to upload pics of pouches tonight.
