I bought this new earlier this year to maybe shoot some trap and skeet with a good friend of mine, but it's just not going to happen due to some health issues.
It comes as you see it with the 5 factory chokes.
Wood is really nice, but the crappy cell phone pics does not it justice. Has nice jeweling and engraving.
