Small piece of advice... Your billing requirements are a bit steep. The peek at ccw is sometimes the seller's preference, but that signature really only serves to alienate potential buyers and won't help in the court of law anyway, unless you had it notarized properly.

I think your price is fine, assuming it wasn't fired in that short time. Also, people like pics of guns. Even if it's new and bone stock, just fyi.

Ok thank you this is my first time being on here and selling a gun I wasn’t sure what you need when you sell a firearm

Yeah man, it's pretty simple for private sales as far as paperwork. The biggest thing is to trust your gut if something about a sale feels "off" about a transaction. I recommend trading with a person with a good bit of feedback as someone new to ODT. There is a little bit of complexity with certain things as you get your trading experience, but feel free to post up if you have a question about something. There is a law forum on here, just remember that most on here are not lawyers (though I promise a few are), and nothing on this forum should be taken as legal advice. Georgiapacking.org is a great resource for GA gun laws, so read up over there for a better look at the legal side of things.

Again, welcome to ODT!
