Headstamps are a combination of WCC - Western Cartridge Company (now Winchester) and TW - Twin Cities Ammunition Plant. Both companies produced this ammo on government contract.
Looking to do FTF sale or trade in Houston or Bibb county. $375 (cash only) or 9mm semi-auto handgun. No Taurus or Hi-Point guns please--nothing wrong with them, I just don't want one.
