Item Description: Hi Traders:
Happy Holidays! This is a rather rare Rock Island Armory 4.25â Commander 1911 chambered in .22 tcm. What is this, you ask? This caliber is a high-speed lightweight round that penetrates steel plates like nothing you have ever seen. The round is available both locally and on line.
As far as recoil, there is basically none. My teen-age daughter shoots it and says she canât tell when it actually fires. I would call that low recoilâ¦. However, the fireball that erupts from the barrel must be experienced to be appreciated.
The RIA 1911 comes with the pistol itself, one magazine (holds 17 rounds!) and box and docs. To sweeten the deal, I have also filled the magazine with 15 rounds and included both an Uncle Mikeâs IWB holster and a Bianchi foldable leather OWB holster that is both new and unique. I have also included ~ 80 cases should you decide to reload your ammunition.
I have personally fired around 55 flawless rounds through this beauty. I have also discovered that I REALLY can no longer swipe an external safety. I have owned a Kimber, RIA, Springfield, and even an HK; it is me and my arthritic thumb and not the weapon. In other words, all is 100% except me.
So, Pm me with offers. DO YOUR RESEARCH! I would prefer cash, but something without an external safety might just grab my attention. No matter what, I wish all on the ODT a safe and free New Year.
