Item Name: FS/FT 1932 Smith and Wesson .38 special

Location: Athens, Ga

Item is for: Sale or Trade
Sale Price: $1,000
Trade Value or Items Looking For: $1,000 or semi automatic rifles/assault rifles

Caliber: .38

Willing to Ship: No

Bill of Sale Required?: No

Item Description: This revolver is in immaculate shape for its age. I have never once encountered a single problem with anything whatsoever. It was handed down to me by my great grandfather but it is just sitting in a case at home and I have only put 6 rounds through it. Again, it is in superior condition considering its age. I have been trying to sell it for quite sometime now and I am searching for either $1,000 or a fair trade.

I ran the serial number though Smith and Wesson and that's what they said it was worth
Best of luck. You might want to go over to the S&W forums and see if you can sell it there. Most of those guys can quote the Standard Catalog Chapter and Verse and are quite familiar with values.

You might want to correct your title. You're advertising it as a .38 Special, and it's actually a .38 S&W, a totally different, non-interchangeable cartridge, as marked on the barrel. .38 S&W is less powerful, harder to find, and nobody makes modern self-defense ammo for it. Might cause resentment if a buyer were to think it was mis-represented.

Excellent idea! I hadn't thought of that approach before! I just got off the phone with Toyota and they told me my 1982 Toyota Tercel with 479,000 miles was worth a million dollars!! I'm RICH!!

Thanks for the tip! ;)

GLWS!
