Spark Notes:

- 2002 Yahamah Vstar 1100

- Miles: ~31,000

- Price: $3,000

- New starter installed September 2022

- I installed a foot board extension for more leg room.

- She runs strong and loud, the mileage will vary as I still ride her actively.

- Last service was at 29,000

- Extras include: Windshield and Fairing, trickle charger, vertical license plate bracket, phone mount, clock/phone-charger electrical harness, after market turn signals.

-Flaws: Normal Wear on the front wheel fairing (nicks and scratches), the previous owner put a dent in the exhaust pipe for me, exhaust pipes discolored from heat, saddlebag stitching was repaired.

- Photos are from the end of last year when I was stuck at an apartment, I have since moved back in to a house where she has been kept. New photos to come when I have a minute, photos and videos available upon request.

Sales Pitch:

A story as old of time, boy meets motorcycle, boy falls in love with motorcycle, they ride off into the sunset.... then life catches up to the boy and he has to sell all his toys. The bike rides like a dream. I want to keep it but she will rot away, unridden and unloved. This was my first bike, so if you are a new rider fear not she is gentle. She has enough power to start as your first bike and stay as your forever bike. The green paint job will make you stand out from the blacked out bike pack, the extended foot boards make the long rides comfortable, and the custom exhaust will make you think the ladies are looking at you (even though we secretly know they dont care).

Sale $3,000 CASH

I agree w/above. I rode dirt bikes in the late 1980s and early 1990s, none of them weighed more than 275 pounds.

Then after 30 years of not riding anything other than an occasional bicycle, I got a Honda Shadow 1100 (it looks just like this Yamaha).

I transitioned to it very easily. The 1100cc engine on a full-size cruiser motorcycle is not like a 1 liter (or more) engine on a sport bike.
