Item Description: Up for sale or trade is my 2008 Caliber. Automatic , 96k , manual windows and doors interior VG condition. Exterior VG condition .
Runs and drives great except for the following issue..
*Has an issue with Idle. Will not idle long while in gear, if you're in park ( or moving) it's fine.. However when you stop the car you must either put it in park or maintain the accelerator to keep the RPMs up.
Been told it's probably a vacuum leak , but the worst case scenario is it needs a new ECU. My lowered price reflects that scenario.
I am not a mechanic, or even that mechanically inclined. God knows I wish I was or I'd have already fixed this issue. I'm trusting somebody else who is inclined is meant to get a good deal .
