Item Description: Up for sale/trade is an 87' Mustang with a 5.0, complete new exhaust from headers back, Flowmasters, T3550 transmission. This is a project car. Does run and drive, but needs a good bit of work. Most of the original interior intact. I was planning on listing this for $2k, but upon a recent test drive noticed that it needs a new heater core. ($50 factory part, but a pain in the ass to get to.) Would make a great fun car, but I was slowly installing original parts in it. I have some in boxes I haven't installed yet. Could be made a daily driver with some elbow grease, but probably best for someone who just likes these old Mustangs like I do. I operate my own business, and don't have the time to give it the attention it needs. I'm sure some may have seen this one on here before, as I traded for it a while back. I will disclose everything I know about it, and feel free to swing by and take a look. Thanks for looking. If I remember correctly, I did get a title in the mail for this car, just have to dig it out of the filing cabinet. I did register, tag, and insure it, so it's definitely a safe bet.

Full disclosure:
Another trader came and looked at it on Saturday, and the clip to the wire harness in the steering column does not stay locked in tight. I have temporarily remedied this, but the new clip to repair this is on LMR for about $10.
I will also bypass the heater core, as it currently leaks, as I stated in the ad it needs to be replaced.
Like I was saying in the ad, running, driving, but it is a project car.
If anyone would like me to send video of this car starting and running, shoot me a pm and I will text or email you a video. Again, anything I know about the car in the time that I have had it, I will tell you about.
Thanks afgain for looking!

hell most of these cars have a zip tie around that connector and they have lasted years like that. the heater core is a fairly easy replacement, glws I think it should go fast . looks pretty clean

Im interested, any rust? can i drive it to woodstock?

Others in line right now to view it. I've driven it maybe 45 min or so at a time, mostly around town without issue.
For those watching the ad, I have now bypassed the heater core, refilled with coolant, and test drove it around town for a bit to make sure the bypass held.
