Those are proof marks. The import marks would be something like "Blue Sky Arsenal" Or "InterArms"
I'm betting that one was imported way before they had to start marking them. I have the 400 and 600 Astras. Great guns, very smooth operation and are great pointers, It's like pointing your finger.

Do you ever get out towards Carrollton, Villa Rica, Douglasville ?
