I have the 92fs with the 96 slide and barrel, nice to change from 9 to 40cal.I have only changed it one time and shoot 10rds and went back to 92 slide.

The Beretta Web site list the MSRP on teh Itilian model at $775 for the non INOX and the USA model at $750. I called Beretta Customer Service and after holding for quite a while I was told the price difference is because of Importing the Itialian version. Was also told that most people say the finish on the Itialian is smoother. Was also told that most believe Due to Military requirements the QC on the USA made gun is stricter. It was noted by the CS rep that the last two comments were hearsay only and not an Official Beretta Statement.
