Item Description: Have a nice deck that needs to go. I have no clue how much it was to build. Just know it needs to go. Make me a offer. Forgot my tape messure for detentions. Deck is raised to the second floor of the house so their is a lot of wood. Bolted together. Make me a offer. Won't be offended.

THE HOUSE IS BEING DEMO'ed. Figured I'd put it up here if anyone could use it. Other wise it's being destroyed with the house.

Haha, my best friend had a house off Weiuca 4-5 years ago, nice area but too noisy due to 400 and too much traffic in that area for me. I like North Druid Hills.
