Has all the stuff that it initially came with that matter... ( idk what happened to the magazine loader)
I carried it for a couple of months, and used it as a training firearm, until i got a hold of a model 45. Only thing ive done was put TALON grips on it, which I personally like, but you can easily take them off with a hair dryer and then clean the frame.
Has tritium sights, just fyi. Everything on it is OE with the exception of the grips
