Item Description: I have here a rem 7400 beautiful rifle this is a great hunting rifle I have shot this gun to make sure there was no jamming because I know they are notorious for that but it has been my experience u either get a good one or u dont this is a good one

I'm looking for bolt guns in smaller caliber, or a pistol in 9mm, possibly a transom mount trolling motor 70lb thrust or bigger or a franklin armory gen 3 trigger system for an ar

Sale or trade value depends on what scope u want it came with a Simmons or I have a vortex crossfire 2 I can put on there up to you the gun is I would say 95% blueing is perfect more pics upon request

The Rem 742 was the rifle that would jam. The 7400's don't have the bolt rail.

I have still seen some jam and I have shot a few of the newer rem 750s and had jamming issues too

they jammed because the chamber got really hot ,if you run an oily rag through the chamber after shooting they are completely reliable .

if it jams you need oil. the heat from shooting with dry the oil out. same with semi-auto shotguns.
