If you had an agreement with him and he flaked out, make sure you reflect that in trade rating/feedback

Yeah, I still say he needs a negative FB if he flaked ….. it should be posted for others to see, no matter how many times a person flakes out. If they are not keeping their word then people need to know that. One time or ten times - it should be documented/counted for all to see IMO.
