Item Description: This is a Khar CW9 I picked up off of here not to long ago. It is a great shooting gun and has had less than 300 rounds through it. I nor the previous owner had any jams with it. The gun comes with two magazines. If you are interested please PM or text 4zero4-nine83-6seven10.


Now heres the deal. If you are under 21 then the gun is yours for $310. Obviously you must be over 18. No I will not sell this gun to someone who is buying it for a "son" who is under 21. I must meet FTF with whoever is buying it. I am tired of all the people that aren't aware of the laws and don't realize this is legal. Now if you are under 21 I will need to see your DL to verify your birthdate and you will get the special deal.

Now I do not need to get rid of this gun. It is very accurate and a very smooth shooting gun so don't bother low balling.

It is completley legal to sell a handgun to someone under 21 and over 18 in the state of GA when it is a private transaction.

No one is disputing that, some might not be aware, however, majority of the buyers/sellers on here prefer not to go along with the sale. It's your gun, do as you wish.

Which is exactly why I am giving someone under 21 the chance to get a good deal.

I have to be honest, my paranoia kicked in. I thought for a second, it was a LEO or something similar posting a fake ad trying to lure someone in. Not to mention, I had no idea that that was legal. Which brings me to my next point, what if I look REALLY good for my age?

hahaha there ya go. And yes it is completley legal. Not to mention you can also buy a supressor instate from an individual, file a form 1 to create a short barrel rifle or shotgun and even carry a handgun with out a GWL in your car, home or place of work if allowed by your employer.

I knew all of the above except the under 21 rule. Which is really interesting to me. Alaska has similar guns laws, or should I say lack thereof. But, it surprises me that Georgia would allow it. It makes me happy to reside in a state with liberal gun laws, despite the fact that this one makes me slightly uncomfortable. Only slightly though.
