It is in VG+ condition with the exception that the night sights are dim.
The Kimber sells for $1041 at Buds (although it is currently out of stock):

The night sights range from $55 on Amazon for Tritium Truglos to $108 at Buds for the factory Kimber Night sights.
Will trade using Bud's or CDNN price as a guide and discount the Kimber by the price of a new set of night sights.

and 2 Blackhawk single single stack mag cases.
