Item Description: Here is my M48 yugo. I bought it still in the cosmoline (see pic). It has been completely cleaned and wiped with tung oil and wax. It is all matching.
I have shot a box of steel hotshot through it which was ridiculous and almost locks the bolt down (I have read that others have this problem as well - not with the gun - just with the hotshot steel case Mauser ammo). I have also shot a box of brass PPU through it, which was perfectly fine. It was plenty accurate with either, just it seems the steel case is oversize and / or the chamber is too tight for steel.
There is some frosting in the barrel. I imagine it will clean up with shooting.
Comes with a box of ammo.
