If u take a paint roller extention handle. The cheap wooden ones about a ft and a half long and roll sandpaper around it, tape off the ends. And spend a lil time sanding the inside. It will take a lil time but check it for fut after a while. U can get it just right where u have a nice fitting stock. With smooth slide and no rattle. I have done this to a couple of mine. Used commercial tubes and mil spec stocks. U could use a sanding but in a drill with less effort but it probably wouldnt sand it evenly like the handle does
