Item Description: I have a jm stamped marlin 336 manufactured in 1973 according to serial number. So it is jm stamped, gold trigger, and pre-safety. Currently it has a vortex copperhead 4-12x44 scope on it (I know way too much scope for a 30-30) overall the rifle is in good condition, the stock could use a sanding a refinish, the clear coat on it isn't the best shape. It does have the folding buckhorn style rear sight. I haven't fired this rifle since I bought it. Rifle season starts in a couple of weeks, this would be a great gun for someone looking for a good deer rifle. I am mainly looking to trade. My trade interests are mostly semi auto handguns made by sig or glock in 9mm, 10mm, or 45acp. I also like railed 1911s
