Item Description:
I used to have a Mini-14, but it got permanently sent back to Ruger for a refund. I bought these Tech Sights to replace the factory sights on my 582 Ranch rifle. They are a huge improvement over the stock sights--easier to adjust, and they don't rattle out of alignment like the stock sights because of the two additional set screws that keep them tight on the gun. These made shooting my Mini much more enjoyable. According to the package, they are designed for Mini-14 and Ranch rifles manufactured after 2005. If you have a newer Mini-14, don't be surprised if the factory aperture loosens eventually from the recoil; these hold tight.
I live in northwest Georgia, but will be traveling through Atlanta and to Macon this month. I'm new to ARs, so I can consider any worthwhile AR accessories that you think would be a fair trade (especially magazines & magazine pouches). I also need 9mm full-sized 1911 magazines. I might also consider other stuff, such as gun safe accessories, since at this point I have zero use for these sights. Ammo would be good, also.
