Item Description: Brand new, unfired outside of the factory Palmetto State Armory AR15 Upper, with free float Midwest Industries rail. This upper has not been used, and is in new condition. The BCG or Charging handle are not included. I mounted it to my Colt lower for pictures, the lower is NOT included and is not for sale. Below is a link to the item description on PSA's website. Hardware to mount items to the rail is included.
